Business Transformation Lead
Could you be our next Business Transformation Lead?
About Reapit
Reapit is the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. For over 25 years, we’ve helped sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses through technology that supports every stage of the property lifecycle.
Today, over 78,000 agents across more than 15,000 branches globally rely on Reapit to run their businesses across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
The Role – Why This Position Exists
As Reapit moves into its next phase of growth, business transformation will play a central role in delivering our strategic objectives. To maximise impact, we now need more unified ownership and a more integrated, enterprise-wide approach to coordinating transformation initiatives.
The Business Transformation Lead is a newly created, senior leadership role with clear ownership of enterprise-wide business transformation. This role exists to bring structure, prioritisation, visibility and delivery discipline to all transformation programmes across the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the business transformation agenda on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team (XLT) - ensuring that initiatives are aligned, collaborative, sequenced effectively, and delivered against clear outcomes.
This is not a role that replaces functional leaders. Instead, it ensures that transformation efforts across Product, Technology, Finance, People, Marketing and Commercial teams are connected into a single, coherent transformation plan.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Enterprise Transformation Ownership
Own and maintain Reapit’s enterprise-wide business transformation plan, aligned to the company’s strategic objectives
Ensure all transformation initiatives (including investment cases, operating model changes, AI technology-led change and organisational redesign) are assessed, prioritised and coordinated holistically
Provide a single, integrated view of how transformation programmes interact, overlap or depend on one another
Programme Leadership & Delivery
Own business assurance, programme management and governance for transformation initiatives across the Company
Ensure transformation programmes are well-defined, business cases are robust, and delivery is tracked against agreed milestones, benefits and ROI
Establish clear success measures, reporting cadence and executive visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the XLT and senior leaders to drive a more aligned and strategic approach to addressing a current gap in how transformation is executed
Act as a neutral, enterprise-level leader who ensures transformation is not siloed within individual teams or geographies
Enable constructive challenge, alignment and decision-making across competing priorities
Strategic Enablement
Translate Reapit’s strategic goals into practical, executable transformation initiatives
Ensure organisational changes are considered at a macro level, forming part of a broader transformation roadmap rather than isolated actions
Support the CEO and XLT with insight, options and recommendations on sequencing and investment decisions
