What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Marketing (UK&I), you’ll be involved in:
Write, edit, and review content for digital acquisition, landing pages, email campaigns, sales enablement, and other marketing materials to support inbound marketing, lead nurturing and thought leadership.
Implement nurture and automation programs that move prospects through the funnel and support lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives focused on enterprise accounts, orchestrating assets, paid creative, emails and sales alignment.
Apply SEO best practices to grow inbound demand and improve search performance.
Manage and elevate Reapit’s UKI social presence to drive reach and authority within the estate agency community.
Use HubSpot, Webflow, and analytics platforms to track engagement, lead quality, and campaign performance.
Produce monthly reporting with clear insights, ROI metrics, and recommended next steps.
Test new demand generation tactics that support scalable, repeatable growth.
Optimise campaigns using data-driven insights and continuous testing, collaborating with the wider Marketing Demand and Operations team to deliver on integrated marketing campaigns across the funnel.
Who we're looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in a B2B lead generation, demand gen, or campaign execution role.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns alongside multiple departments (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Training, Product Marketing).
Direct experience in Hubspot CRM and marketing automation .
First-hand experience running demand generation and digital campaigns end-to-end (digital marketing certifications HubSpot, Google Academy, etc.).
A creative and digital first mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, audience-friendly content.
Ability to turn data into insight and insight into action (proficient use of excel, Ahrefs, GA4, Hubspot Reports).
An understanding of, or experience with marketing SaaS products (familiarity of the estate agency, property industry or prop-tech are also desired).

Met with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Immersed yourself in campaign content delivery and field marketing plans.
Within 3 months:
Implemented early optimisations across workflows, content, and automation, and accommodated short, medium and long-term goals into your plan to start executing.
Independently delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
Implement consistent social content planning and scheduling.
Partner with the design team to enhance the visual appeal of content.
Within 6 months:
Generating measurable pipeline growth through sustained, targeted demand generation.
Continuously improved campaign performance in partnership with Marketing Ops and wider teams.
Demonstrate autonomy and are recognised internally as a trusted marketing expert for the UKI region.
