What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing Operations & Campaigns you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering on the marketing plan for the UK&I market across our key solution suite, working in collaboration with the wider global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across global and field marketing plans
- Generating high-quality cross sell leads for our sales team across Reapit and PayProp by executing on tactical marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with the Heads of Sales on Account Based Marketing-specific campaigns to drive account expansion into our mid and enterprise market
- Drive ROI performance with the wider field & sales team to optimise Events & Sponsorships plans
- Working closely with the sales team to develop and optimise enablement collateral designed to communicate our Reapit value proposition and how it relates to each solution
- Working closely with the Product Marketing team to align Go-To-Market campaigns with Field Marketing demand generation activities
- Execute on field marketing campaigns, localising content from Global campaigns to support the Global marketing plans
- Report on overall lead performance for the region to relevant stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Test and track your campaigns performance and evaluate ROI for management reporting
- Manage the Field Marketing budget, reporting on budget vs actuals to the Director of Marketing Operations & Campaigns
Who we’re looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
- Experience working in the demand-generation marketing space, ideally with experience in the property or proptech sector
- Previous experience executing automated marketing campaigns using sales software / CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or Hubspot)
- Passionate about technology and how it can provide great customer service
- Excellent communications skills to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High skill with computers, new technology and evolving digital/social media
- Ability to think conceptually and analytically on problems and issues, identify and present recommendations in a simple and compelling manner
- Proven success in generating leads and driving them down the marketing and sales funnel
- Experience using desktop publishing and digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Adwords etc
- Working in an agile business environment
- An understanding of or experience marketing SaaS products
- Knowledge of the property management business
- A Marketing related degree
What your impact and success looks like
As a Head of Marketing UK&I we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Have an understanding of each department and how they work with Marketing
- Formed relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Completed product training across Reapit and PayProp,
- Absorbed and understood previous marketing strategies, ways of working and approaches to growth
Within 3 months:
- Met with key clients to understand more about the market and how they use our products
- Developed a Field Marketing Strategy in line with the FY26 sales & marketing budget, working closely with the Director of Marketing Operations & Campaigns to ensure there is alignment
- Identified key gaps in our current ways of working, and accommodated short, medium and long-term goals into your plan to start executing
Within 6 months:
- Executing your Field Marketing plan & analysing results,
- Optimising the results based on the execution of your strategy so far
- You are deeply embedded into the Reapit UK&I business, positioning yourself as the go-to person for demand generation marketing in UK&I
